Blue Pelican Special Item This item is provided for the purchase of special items. For example, extra lessons, replacemnt flash drives, special drawings, extra appendices, etc. We charge in increments of $10 and the cost of one "Special Item" is $10. So, if you have made special arrangments with us to provide something extra that costs, for example, $40 then simply order 4 of the "Special Item" and then in the "Notes" section of the Check Out form, make mention of the arrangment.
